The venue rental package allows for you to bring in the vendors of your choice.  Includes:

• Covered Patio area for Cocktail hour/Inclement weather

• 30 – 60” round tables

• 12 – 6-foot buffet tables

• 4 - 36” High boy cocktail tables

• 9 – 48” patio tables with chairs

• 2 – 7-foot custom mobile bars 

• 300 - Coffee colored Chiavari chairs (indoors only)

• 300 – White folding chairs for ceremony

• 3 arbors – cross, 4 post arbor, or 2 post arbors

Monday – Thursday   $7,900*

Friday & Sunday $9,900*

Saturday $12,900*

*If you choose ALL of your vendors from our preferred vendors list, we will discount the rental price by 10% (payable as a refund after the wedding is completed).

A down payment of 50% of the package is required to book.

Must be paid in full by 180 days before the event.

A $1000 damage deposit is required.
